车用柴油机颗粒收集器收集特性的仿真分析

     

摘要

In this paper, through the deep analysis of the cyclone separator principle, a cyclone separator was designed to effectively reduce the diesel particulate emissions. CFD software was used to simulate the flow field of cyclone based on the different particle size of diesel engine. The flow field distribution at the exit position of cyclone separator and the change of exhaust particle sizes on its impact on pressure drop and collection efficiency were analyzed. The studies show that the change of particle size has little effect on pressure drop, but has a greater impact on the collection efficiency. It can provide a reference for designing cyclone separator of diesel engine by the simulation way.%研究提高旋风式分离器优化效率问题,通过深入分析旋风式分离器的工作原理,设计了一款能有效降低柴油机颗粒排放的旋风式颗粒分离器.利用CFD软件对设计的旋风式分离器针对不同直径的柴油机排放颗粒的内部流场进行了仿真计算,研究旋风式分离器出口处的流场分布情况以及柴油机尾气颗粒直径的变化对压降和收集效率的影响关系,研究表明颗粒直径的变化对压降的影响很小,对收集效率影响较大.通过数值仿真,为设计旋风式分离器优化匹配柴油机提供了参考.
