This paper put forward a ground surface settlement measurement method based on Monte Carlo algorithm to improve the measurement accuracy. By obtaining the surface deformation parameters, the ground surface deformation model was used based on Monte Carlo's law, and putting in the estimated values of deformation coefficient, the measurement for surface subsidence was completed. The simulation results show that the improved method can enhance the accuracy rate of surface subsidence.%研究隧道地表沉降优化测量问题,因为隧道周围土质特性受到降雨、火车电磁干扰等因素的影响,会造成隧道周边土质的非正常软化,土质的特性参数容易发生非正常变异.传统的地表沉降测量方式容易受到隧道周围土质特性参数的影响,一旦土质参数发生非正常突变,会对隧道地层沉降程度的测量形成干扰,造成隧道地表沉降测量准确率出现偏差.为了提高测量准确性,提出了蒙特卡洛算法的地表沉降测量方式.通过获取隧道地表形变参数,运用蒙特卡洛方法建立改进的地表形变模型,通过在模型中加入形变系数估计,完成地表沉降测量.仿真结果证明,采用改进方法测量方式提高了地表沉降测量的准确率.
