基于轴对称比拟的气动热计算方法研究

     

摘要

在气动热计算优化过程中,轴对称比拟法是非轴对称流场气动热估算的一种有效方法,传统的轴对称比拟法是在柱坐标系下推导和计算沿流线的尺度因子计算公式,计算变量之间的迭代过程非常复杂.为解决上述问题,采用一种新的轴对称比拟法,直接在直角坐标系中计算沿流线的尺度因子,计算过程大为简化.采用改进的流线跟踪法作为表面热流计算的推进格式,提高了计算的效率.以15°钝锥和双椭球为算例,计算结果与数值求解结果和风洞数据均较好地吻合,并且计算效率较高.%Axisymmetric analogue is a reliable and effective method of aerothermal heating calculating for non -axisymmetric flowfield. According to traditional method, metrics along streamlines are gained in cylindrical coordinates system and the iteration process is very complex. A new axisymmetric analogue, calculating metric directly in rectangular coordinate system, was introduced and the process is greatly simplified. An improved streamline trace method was applied to increase the calculating efficiency. Surface heating of a spherically blunted cone and a twin -ellipsoid configuration were calculated and the results accorded well with experimental data and CFD solutions both in the stage region and the surface distribution. Additionally, the computational efficiency is much higher than direct numerical method.
