Based on the characteristics of the solar cell module laminator and the PID parameters improvement method proposed by the author, the optimal controller parameters of some certain type of solar cell module laminator were obtained. The mean value of steady state errors of temperatures has been reduced from 0.45 to 0.046, and the variation range of temperature has been reduced from 1.9 to 0.2.%基于PID参数二次整定方法,通过现场试验,分步骤的对层压机温度控制系统进行了调整和优化,得到了适合某型号太阳能电池组件层压机的最佳PID控制参数,使得层压温度稳态误差均值由0.45降低为0.046,动态波动范围由1.9降低为0.2,改进效果显著.根据太阳能电池组件性能指标的研究发现,组件气泡,EVA的交联度和撕拉强度等太阳能电池组件的重要性能指标都与温度控制精度密切相关,因此所做的控制系统参数优化对于减少太阳能电池组件的气泡,增强EVA的交联度和撕拉强度有重要意义.
