统一电能质量调节器的新型补偿策略及仿真

     

摘要

Unified power quality conditioner is the effective device to solve harmonic and voltage dips. And compared with the UPQC consumed energy which based on the traditional voltage dips compensatory strategy, the paper put forward a new kind of compensatory strategy. According to the corresponding voltage dips' degree and the load factor angle, the compensatory strategy determined the compensating voltage amplitude of serial side. Under the certain control strategy, the specific compensating voltage angle was input to make the device's serial side only to compensate reactive power, and the active power is zero. This strategy can complete the network voltage dips compensation, load reactive power compensation, effectively reduce the whole device's active output and capacity, expand the scope of compensation, and extend the time of compensation. The simulation shows that this method is effective and feasible.%统一电能质量调节器(UPQC)能够有效解决电压跌落及谐波等电能质量问题,但传统电压跌落补偿策略UPQC消耗的能量较突出.为解决上述问题,提出一种新型电压补偿策略,补偿策略根据相应的电压跌落程度、负载因数角决定串联侧补偿电压的幅值,在一定的控制策略下,注入特定补偿电压角,使得装置串联侧只补偿无功,补偿有功为零.补偿策略不仅能完成电网电压跌落补偿、负载无功补偿,且能有效降低整个装置的有功输出,减小装置补偿容量,扩大补偿范围,延长补偿时间.仿真表明,可有效提高电能质量.
