轮廓类精密机械零件尺寸测量技术

     

摘要

研究机械零件尺寸测量问题,提高测量结果的准确性.针对传统的零件尺寸测量方法中,不可避免的会产生测量误差.对小型轮廓类高精密零件操作时,由于精密零件尺寸对精度要求较高,测量中细微误差的存在对精度影响较大,导致精密零件测量结果准确率不高的问题.为了解决上述问题,提出误差补偿算法的精密机械零件尺寸测量方法.通过偏移量误差补偿,在偏移角度方向找到最佳判别方位,再进行尺寸距离误差补偿,并结合偏移和距离的双补偿方法,能够准确计算出尺寸数据,克服传统方法的缺陷,完成精密机械零件尺寸的准确测量.实验证明,改进方法大幅提高测量的准确率,取得了很好的效果.%Study mechanical parts size measurement and improve the accuracy of the measurement results. The higher accuracy of precision parts size is demanded in small contour measurement, This paper put forward an error compensation algorithm of precision mechanical parts size measurement. Through the offset error compensation, the best position discrimination was found in the offset direction Angle. Then, the distance error was compensated, and combined the offset with the distance, the double compensation method was used to calculate the size data.
