超高频宽带低噪声放大器的设计与仿真

     

摘要

For maintaining the Power Transformer work safely and stably, detecting the partial discharge in it has significant meaning. The partial discharge signals received by antenna sensor are weak and have wide frequency band, therefore, it need to be amplified before input instrument or acquisition system. In this paper, we designed a Ultra - High Frequency (UHF) broadband Low - Noise Amplifier base on the features of partial discharge signals, the amplifier's index included gain, VSWR, noise factor and bandwith, which were balanced by introducing frequency response negative feedback. Simulation of amplifier was carried out with ADS software, and the results show that it has wide bandwidth, good gains flatness, noise factor and VSWR.%研究优化无线接收信号的放大问题,监测电力变压器局部放电水平,对维护电力变压器安全稳定运行具有重要意义.天线传感器所接收的局部放电信号较为微弱,频带较宽,在进入后端的仪器或采集系统之前需要进行放大处理.因此根据放电信号的基本特征,提出引入频率响应负反馈来平衡增益、驻波比、噪声系数及带宽等指标,设计一个用于放大局部放电信号的超高频宽带低噪声放大器,利用ADS软件进行仿真,仿真结果表明放大器具有较宽的带宽,增益平坦性、噪声系数和驻波比指标效果较好,为设计提供了依据.
