主副簧钢板弹簧离散梁动力学参数反求

     

摘要

In order to simulate the dynamic characteristics of the real leaf spring, the dynamic model of main and assist spring was set up based on ADAMS/Chassis with the application of discrete beam theory. The sensitivity of dy namics parameters of discrete beam was analyzed using ADAMS/Insight, with a view to the cumbersome of setting its exact value. Then, simulated annealing-genetic algorithm was used to solve these reverse variables which were deter mined by the analyzed results. Finally, the effective of the method was validated in a reverse solution calculation ex ample of a main and assist spring for the rear suspension of a vehicle.%研究汽车钢板弹簧优化建模,实际钢板弹簧的动力学特性存在多种非线性因素,建立钢板弹簧的模型困难较大,应用离散梁原理,在ADAMS/Chassis下建立了主副簧钢板弹簧的动力学模型.根据主副簧钢板弹簧离散梁动力学参数值设置繁琐的特点,在ADAMS/Insight模块中对离散梁参数进行敏感度分析,利用结果反求变量,再用模拟退火遗传算法对反求变量进行求解,解决了确定离散梁参数困难的问题.最后,通过某车后悬架主副簧钢板弹簧参数反求实例分析,验证了方法的有效性,为设计提供了科学依据.
