地源热泵空调系统及其变容量模糊控制

     

摘要

研究地源热泵的节能优化技术,建立了地源热泵系统准稳态模型.由于被控对象具有非线性和大惯性的特点,为提高系统的性能,提出在制冷回路中设计一种涡旋压缩机的模糊自调整控制器.采用模糊自调整PID控制器调节压缩机输气量,从而改变热泵系统的工作媒质回路制冷量达到对室内房间温度的调节.仿真结果表明所建立的热泵系统模型能仿真有关地源热泵的工况,证明设计的控制器变速调节热泵系统中的压缩机,能获得更有效的调节效果.%In order to investigate the energy-saving technologies of the geothermal heat pump system,a quasisteady model of the geothermal heat pump system was proposed,then a variable capacity fuzzy self-tuning control method of scroll compressor was presented in this paper.Because the controlled object has the characteristics of nonlinear and inertia,a fuzzy self-tuning controlling method for refrigeration loop was designed.The fuzzy self-tuning PID controller was adopted to regulate the gas transmission capacity of compressor,thus change the cooling capacity of working medium loop in the heat pump system so as to regulate the indoor temperature.The simulation results show that the heat pump simulation system proposed by this paper can better simulate the working conditions of geothermal heat pump system.And more regulating effect can be achieved with the designed controller to regulate variable speed of compressor in geothermal heat pump system.
