板料在单拉及双拉受力状态下的仿真及分析

     

摘要

The study of sheet metal forming optimization problem show that specimen geometry has great effect on the stress distribution during load process, which leads to sheet metal deformation. To solve this problem,a biaxial tensile test method was fabricated through rolling preparation. The finite element model of cruciform specimens with slots on arms and radian on corners was created, and stress distributions of various models were calculated using abaqus6. 6. The experiments conclude that cutting slots on arms can distinctly improve the stress distribution in the central part of the cruciform specimen.%研究板料加工成形优化问题,由于板料成形过程中,存在性能具有明显各向异性,且加载路径变化实现不方便的问题,造成板料变形.为解决上述问题,给出了一种利用十字形试件进行双向拉伸的试验方法.建立了2A12板料单向拉伸仿真试验模型,与试验数据进行比较,验证了方法的正确性.用应力函数法分析了双向拉伸的应力分布,建立了十字形试件双向拉伸试验在倒圆角及臂上开缝前后的有限元模型,并用通用有限元软件abaqus6.6对2A12进行了仿真,对不同情况下双拉的不均匀度进行实验,证明了在臂上开缝使得十字形试件中心区应力均布情况明显改善.
