复合材料与金属接头胶接建模精度研究

     

摘要

Modeling method and modeling accuracy for composite-metal adhesive joints was studied in order to predict its strength under different loads. Firstly, three kinds of models of glue layer were established, that is, ignoring adhesive with node ?connecting, refining glue layer mesh and simplifying mesh. Then we analyzed the above three models with the same loads. The results show that, the error between ignoring layer modeling and baseline model reaches by 9. 7% , while the error between modeling with adhesive layer and baseline model is only 0. 6%. Overall stress level and the stress distribution of simplified model and refined model have little difference compared with theoretical values. The error between refined model and theoretical value is only 0. 3% , and the error between simplified model and theoretical value is 1. 3% . Therefore, for the structures with adhesive layer, the adhesive layer is not negligible. The simplified model can be used for the investigation of stress state of the whole structure in the range of allowable error. Otherwise, the refined model should be used.%为了准确预测复合材料与金属接头胶接承受不同载荷的强度,对区域的胶层建模方法及建模精度进行了研究.提出建立了胶层的三种模型,即忽略胶层共节点方法、将胶层划分简化有限元模型以及精细有限元模型,并对以上模型施加相同载荷进行仿真.结果表明,忽略胶层的建模方法与基准模型误差达到9.7%,而有胶层的模型与基准模型的误差仅为0.6%;简化模型和精细模型与理论值在整体应力水平及整体应力分布上相差较小,精细模型与理论值的误差只有0.3%,简化模型与理论值的误差达到了1.3%.说明,对于有胶层结构来说,胶层不可忽略,若不关注胶层附近受力状态,在误差允许范围内,可将胶层建立为简化模型,否则应使用精细模型来仿真胶层.
