风电并网引起的电能质量扰动滤波方法研究

     

摘要

风电是一种波动性、间歇性电源,并网运行会对局部电网的稳定性造成影响.针对风电并网运行中的电能质量问题,提出风电接入系统时电能质量扰动的滤波方法,包括随机扰动模型建立、稳定性分析,利用随机微分方程的稳定性指标与滤波器设计,进行随机风电系统的仿真.通过设计一个全阶滤波器使随机风电系统均方渐近稳定,给出鲁棒L2-L∞全阶滤波器存在的充分条件,并将滤波器的设计转化为一个凸优化的求解问题.所设计的滤波器能够保证相对于所有能量有界的外界扰动信号,随机风电系统的L2-工∞性能指标小于一定值γ.仿真结果表明,所给出的滤波方法对随机风电系统是可行的.%Aiming at the problems of power quality in wind power integration, the filtering methods of disturbance in the system were investigated here, including random disturbance modeling, stability analysis, the stability index and the design method of filter based on stochastic differential equation of systems, and simulation tests for the stochastic wind power generation systems, etc. Attention was focused on the design of full - order filter to guarantee mean- square asymptotically stable and a prespecified L2- L∞ performanceγfor the stochastic wind power generation systems with respect to all energy - bounded input signals. Sufficient conditions were proposed, and the corresponding filter design was cast into a convex optimization problem. The results of the theoretical analyses and simulation experiments indicate that the proposed filtering method is feasible for stochastic wind power generation systems.
