涡旋型齿面轮廓度误差算法设计与仿真

     

摘要

研究涡旋压缩机的涡旋齿面轮廓度问题,提高面轮廓度的评定精度.由于涡旋齿的设计、加工、测量三基准不重合,以及装夹、定位、标定等不稳定因素都会给涡旋齿面轮廓带来误差,影响面轮廓度评定精度.为了减小上述“非加工误差”对面轮廓度误差评定精度的影响,提出了基于最小二乘的逼近优化算法,优化了线轮廓度算法使其满足面轮廓度的要求.优化的难点在于减小“非加工误差”的影响,反映出实际加工性能.仿真数据测试结果表明:改进方法能较好地克服“非加工误差”影响,提高了面轮廓度评定精度,为涡旋压缩机的三坐标测量专机可靠的面轮廓度设计优化提供了依据.%Research the scroll - type wrap surface profile of scroll compressor to improve the assessment of accuracy of the surface profile. In order to reduce the interference of profile error accuracy evaluation from the above-mentioned " non - processing error", we proposed an approximation optimization algorithm based on least squares method and optimized line profile algorithm to meet the requirements of the surface profile. The difficulty in optimization is to reduce the impact of "non - processing error" , reflecting the actual processing performance. The test results from the simulation data show that the method can better overcome the impact of "non - processing errors" , improve the accuracy of surface profile assessment, and provide a reliable method for special CMM of scroll compressor.
