概率潮流在电力系统静态N-1校验中的应用

         

摘要

Static security N - 1 verification of district power network during a period of time was researched. When traditional power flow method is used in static state security analysis, a number of calculations and complex statistical analysis are required. So, the probabilistic load flow analysis was introduced into the N -1 verification of static state security analysis to consider the uncertainty generator power and load demand. Statistical properties of branch powers was obtained by it and calculated only once. The DC load flow method and the indicators reflecting the economy and risk were adopted to obtain the results of contingency ranking. The linearized probabilistic load flow method was used in accurate N - 1 verification. The equations of expectation and variance of line power were derived. The economic indicator and risk indicator were calculated accurately. Calculation program was compiled in Visual Fortran 6. 5 platform. The proposed method was verified by an eight - machine system and one provincial power system. Results show the validity and practicability of the proposed approach, and provide some reference to operation personnel to ensure safety stable operation of power system.%研究地区电网一段时间内的静态安全校验问题.针对传统潮流计算方法进行一段时间内静态安全分析时,计算量巨大且统计分析复杂的问题,将概率潮流引入静态安全分析N-1校验中,考虑发电机出力和负荷的不确定性,仅通过一次计算可得一段时间内支路潮流的概率统计特性.采用经济性和风险性的综合指标和直流潮流进行故障排序.在准确N-1校验中,采用线性化概率潮流模型,推导了支路功率期望和方差的算式,准确计算经济指标和风险指标.利用Visual Fortran编制计算程序,对8机24节点系统和某地区电网实际系统进行仿真分析,验证了改进算法的有效性和应用价值,为系统安全稳定运行提供决策参考.
