大型客机空气导管应力分析与结构优化

     

摘要

Taking anti-ice system of a certain aircraft as the research object, the paper studied the structural optimization of high temperature and high pressure pneumatic duct by detail analysis of the stress distribution and displacement of deformation. Based on the analysis of structure dimensions, materials properties, operating conditions and compensating types of the pneumatic duct system, a one-dimensional piping model was developed. The structure of duct was optimized according to the stress distribution and deformation, and the compensating unit types and its position on the performance of the duct. The results show that this analysis method can complete the structural optimization quickly and efficiently to, and is helpful for optimization design of Chinese civil—aircraft ducting system.%研究某型飞机防冰系统优化设计,详细分析应力分布及位移变形来研究高温高压空气导管结构优化问题.在考察大型客机空气导管结构尺寸、材料物性、工作条件及补偿方式的基础上,建立高温高压空气导管一维管系模型.通过计算防冰系统管路应力与位移变形,分析补偿方式及补偿位置对导管应力性能的影响完成了管系结构的优化.计算结果表明,分析方法能够快速有效地完成高温高压空气导管的结构优化,对我国大型客机空气导管系统的优化设计具有一定的参考价值.
