底部凹陷对弹丸气动特性的影响

     

摘要

If the geometry structure at the bottom of projectile is very complex, a large number of meshes must be designed to depict the complicated geometry structure when the aerodynamic characteristics are researched using the numerical simulation method. The influence of the depression at bottom of projectile on the aerodynamic characteristic of projectile was studied. Based on the Navier-Stokes function, the models with depression and the one without depression at bottom of the projectile were simulated at different flight speeds and angles of attack using CFD software. After analyzing the simulation results, the difference of the aerodynamic parameters obtained using those two models was blow 5 percent. If the request of the precision is not too rigorous, the simulation models can be predigested at the bottom position when the geometry frame of the projectile is very complex. After predigesting the simulation models, the simulation efficiency can be increased evidently, and the conclusion obtained in this paper can be used in the design of the projectile.%对于底部结构复杂的弹丸,在用数值仿真方法研究其气动特性时,往往需要在底部构建大量的网格来描述复杂的弹体结构.结合某型弹丸运用数值仿真的方法针对底部凹陷对弹丸气动特性的影响进行研究,以Navier-Stokes方程为理论基础,运用CFD软件分别对带有底部凹陷和不带有底部凹陷的模型在不同飞行速度和攻角下进行数值仿真.仿真结果发现,底部是否凹陷所引起的气动参数的变化小于5%.在误差允许的前提下,对底部结构复杂的弹丸进行气动仿真时,可以对这部分几何结构进行简化,这可以有效地提高计算效率,对弹丸外形设计有一定的指导意义.
