水流冲击下蜂窝建筑结构的力学分析模型

     

摘要

研究蜂窝栅格结构的高速水洞稳定段设计力学性能分析问题。高速水洞稳定段对每个点的受力特性要求很高,但由于高速水流的不确定性作用力,对详细受力分析有困难。传统的水洞稳定段设计方法对整体的受力情况进行统一考虑和调度分析,无法对各个小的强受力点进行力的分解,所以往往在某些点上出现受力问题。提出一种蜂窝栅格在高速水洞稳定段的设计方法,采用蜂窝力分解设计的思想,在高速水洞的关键点上,通过采用蜂窝结构设计,将力有效地进行矢量分解,从而大大减轻部分点的受力要求。采用有限元分析的方法进行实际分析验证,最后采用一段抽取的有限元进行实际测试分析,结果显示,采用蜂窝栅格结构后,强点的受力大大减小,具有很好的工程应用价值。%The mechanical analysis of high speed tunnel steady section with honeycomb grid was researched. The mechanical analysis of high speed tunnel steady section with honeycomb grid was proposed, the idea of force decom-position in honeycomb grid was used, the key points in the high speed tunnel were treated with design of honeycomb structure, the force was done with effective decomposition according to the vector decomposition, thus the force re-quirement for some points was reduced significantly. The finite element method was used to do actual verification, and the results show that with honeycomb lattice structure, the strength of the force is greatly improved, so it has good en-gineering application value.
