燃气轮机载荷动力系统优化建模仿真

     

摘要

The air intake system is a significant part of a gas turbine.It is bound to bear many kinds of loading force for the complex working environment.It is important to study the mechanical properties of the gas turbine in order to guarantee the safe operation of the unit.At present,there is no mechanic simulation analysis of the gas inlet system as a whole.An air intake system of a ground-based heavy-duty gas turbine is analyzed by using the finite element method to estimate the mechanical analysis and the maximum stress and deformation under extreme condition as well as the first six-order natural frequency,maximum deformation and vibration mode.According to the results,the structure of the intake system is optimized,and the stress and maximum deformation before and after optimization are compared.The results show that the optimized model has better performance,and the stress and deformation are reduced,which provides the data basis for the follow-up study of the intake system.%进气系统是燃气轮机重要组成部件,复杂的工作环境决定工作时将受到多种载荷力的共同作用.研究其力学特性对保证机组安全运行有着重要意义,而目前尚未有将燃机进气系统作为整体的力学仿真分析,通过使用有限元分析软件对某型号地面重型燃气轮机进气系统在极端情况下的受力情况进行分析,得到极端工况下的最大应力,并计算出低阶的固有频率、最大变形和振型.根据结果对进气系统进行结构优化设计,并将优化前后的应力以及变形量进行对比,确定优化后的模型性能更优,应力和变形都显著减小,为进气系统后续的研究提供了数据依据.
