对移动通信网络频谱资源进行合理分配研究,能够有效促进无线通信网络资源的整合与管理.对频谱资源的分配管理,需要计算出移动通信网络频谱资源基本概率分配值,确定每个用户分配的总比特数,完成对资源的分配管理.传统方法先对子载波进行功率分配,更新资源分配机制,但忽略了确定每个用户分配的总比特数,导致资源分配管理效果不理想.提出基于证据理论的移动通信网络频谱资源分配算法.上述方法先基于Perron-Frobenius理论组建多用户功率自适应资源分配模型,利用证据理论设定移动通信网络的时延、速率、丢包率评价指标,计算出移动通信网络频谱资源基本概率分配值,计算出移动通信网络频谱资源基本概率分配值,确定每个用户分配的总比特数,完成对移动通信网络频谱资源分配.实验结果表明,所提算法资源分配精度较高,为提升移动网络的通信资源利用率奠定了基础.%An algorithm for allocation management of spectrum resource in mobile communication network is proposed based on evidence theory.The resource allocation model with multi-user adaptive power is built based on theory of Perron-Frobenius,and an evaluation index of delay,rate,and packet loss rate is set utilizing evidence theory.The apportioning cost of elementary probability of spectrum resource is worked out and total bit numbers allocated to each user are confirmed.Thus,the allocation of spectrum resource is completed.Experiment results show that the algorithm has high accuracy of resource allocation.It establishes foundation for promoting utilization rate of communication resource in mobile network.
