电动汽车充电站选址和充电桩配置仿真优化

     

摘要

In the study of electric vehicle charging station sitting and charging pile configuration,charging demand randomness and dynamics are hard to consider and the customer service level is hard to reflect.For this reason,a simulation optimization model is built for electric vehicle charging station sitting and charging pile configuration withthe target of minimizing the total cost net present value and minimizing the customer loss during the planning period.To improve simulation calculation efficiency,a two-stage simulation optimization algorithm is proposed based on tabu search algorithm.Finally combined with the instance,the charging station sitting and charging pile configuration scheme is solved.Results show that the proposed algorithm can sotve the charging station sitting and charging pile configuration,and ensure the calculation efficiency.%在电动汽车充电站选址和充电桩配置的研究中,针对充电需求随机性和动态性难以考虑和服务水平目标难以体现的问题,构建了以规划期内充电站的总成本净现值和顾客流失数量最小为目标的电动汽车充电站选址和充电桩配置仿真优化模型.为了提高仿真计算效率,提出了一种基于禁忌搜索算法的两阶段仿真优化算法.最后结合实例,对算例中的充电站选址和充电桩配置方案进行求解.结果表明,基于禁忌搜索算法的两阶段仿真优化算法,能够求解出充电站选址和充电桩配置的优化方案,并保证充电效率.
