串联发射弹丸内弹道射击精度优化仿真研究

         

摘要

The interior trajectory precision of projectile under series launch mode is optimized.The internal ballistic characteristics such as base pressure and muzzle velocity are quite related with launch frequency.Taking the interior trajectory of 30mm caliber weapons as the research object,the serial launch model with three projectiles is established based on the classical interior ballistic theory.By numerical simulation method,the relationships among three projectiles' internal ballistic characteristics are researched respectively at high and low launch frequency.The instantaneous squeeze hypothesis used in classical interior ballistic theory is not accurate to describe the squeeze process under series launch mode.To solve the problem,two squeeze resistance models are compared and the liner squeeze resistance model can lead to a better counting accuracy by theoretical analysis.The simulation result provides some theoretical support for the optimization of interior trajectory precision under series launch mode.%为提高串联发射弹丸射击命中率,研究内弹道阶段射击精度优化问题.串联发射方式弹丸的弹底压力、运动速度在不同射频下差异很大,内弹道射击精度受到影响,以30mm口径超高射频火炮为研究对象,建立三发弹串联发射内弹道数学模型,通过计算机仿真,获得了不同射击频率下,三发弹弹底压力的关系以及运动速度的关系;针对经典内弹道理论的瞬时挤进假设对弹带挤进过程描述较为粗糙的问题,研究了两种不同挤进阻力模型对计算结果的影响.仿真结果为串联发射弹丸内弹道射击精度的优化提供了理论依据.
