CO2压力容器泄漏检测仿真研究

             

摘要

High pressure CO2 in Carbon Capture,utilization and storage is easy to dissolve in water and generate carbonic acid which can corrode the storage vessels and cause leakage to damage the surrounding environment and human health.In order to solve the leak detection and guarantee the safety of CO2 transportation,simulation and experiment are combined to study the leak detection methods of CO2 pressure vessels.Firstly,the CO2 leakage process is simulated by the Computational Fluid Dynamics and computational aeroacoustics and the main parameters of the CO2 leakage process such as temperature,speed and acoustic field are investigated.According to the simulation analysis,the feasibility of using the above parameters to detect the CO2 leakage is discussed and verified by experiments.The simulation and experimental results suggest that the temperature and acoustic fields will change significantly when the leakage occurs,therefore CO2 leak detection can be realized by detecting the temperature and acoustic field parameters.%碳捕获与封存项目中高压CO2易溶于水反应生成碳酸,导致压力容器腐蚀泄漏,严重危害周边的自然环境和人类的生命健康.为解决腐蚀泄漏难于检测发现的问题、保证CO2运输环节的安全性,采用仿真与实验结合的方法,研究CO2压力容器的泄漏检测方法.首先采用计算流体力学(CFD)和计算气动声学的方法对CO2泄漏过程进行仿真分析,得到了CO2泄漏时主要参数(温度、速度和声场)的变化和分布情况,然后以仿真结果为依据分析了基于上述参数来检测CO2泄漏的可行性,并对可行的方法进行了实验验证.仿真和实验结果表明,CO2泄漏时温度和声场会发生明显的变化,因此,可以通过检测温度和声场参数来实现CO2泄漏的检测.
