基于拟混沌人群搜索算法PID参数优化研究

     

摘要

为解决PID控制器在复杂非线性系统和复杂信号的追踪问题中存在的局限性,改善和优化PID控制器的性能,提出拟混沌人群搜索算法(ICSOA),引入自适应权重策略、Logistic混沌初始化和精英策略改善局部求精能力和全局搜索能力.将PID三个参数为搜寻队伍,以控制输入平方项的时间和误差的平方并积分作为优化目标,进行PID参数整定.利用MATLAB仿真软件进行仿真,并分别与传统的PID整定方法(Ziegler-Nichols法)和基本的人群搜索算法(SOA)进行比较.结果表明,ICSOA实现了PID参数的整定,提高了控制器的性能,为控制系统中PID参数整定提供了依据.%In order to solve the limitations of the PID controller which existing in the complex nonlinear system and complex signal tracking and improve and optimize the performance of the PID controller,a imitating chaos seeker optimization algorithm (ICSOA) is proposed to solve the problem.The adaptive weighting strategy,Logistic chaos initialization and elite strategy were introduced to improve the local refinement ability and global search ability.We took the three parameters of PID as a search team,and the integration of the squared error and the squared control input as the optimization goals of parameter setting.The MATLAB simulation result was compared with the traditional PID setting method (Ziegler-Nichols method) and primary seeker optimization algorithm (SOA).Simulation results show that ICSOA can set PID parameters and enhance the performance of the controller.It provides the basis for the PID parameter setting of control system.
