化工产品模拟移动床色谱分离优化设计仿真

         

摘要

Optimizing control of simulated moving bed is the main research direction in the area of simulated moving bed chromatography separation for chemical products.The optimal operation point for ideal separation is very hard to obtain because of the difficulty of the simulated moving bed chromatography separation procession mechanism and the strong coupling of control variables.In order to improve the performance of simulated moving bed chromatography separation,objective functions based on the optimizing index of purity of extract and raffinate,productivity and solvent consumption were set up separately.The sub problem of object function was established using moving asymptotes algorithm and was solved consequently,by which the global optimal operation values can be obtained.The simulation tests are carried out based on MATLAB and the feasibility of the moving asymptotes was verified with the triangle theory.The simulation results illustrate that not only the moving asymptotes method is fast in convergence,but also the optimal solution is distributed uniformly,which is helpful to actual production.%模拟移动床优化控制是模拟移动床色谱分离化工产品的主要研究方向之一.由于模拟移动床色谱分离过程工艺机理的复杂性和控制变量之间的强耦合性,很难确定它的最佳操作点使得分离效果达到理想要求.为了提高模拟移动床色谱分离性能,分别建立了以提取液纯度、提余液纯度、生产率和溶剂消耗为优化指标的目标函数,运用了移动渐近线算法构建了目标函数的子问题并对子问题进行求解,从而得到全局最优的操作点变量值,采用MATLAB进行了仿真,并用三角形理论验证其可行性,仿真结果表明,选用算法不仅收敛速度快,而且最优解分布比较均匀,为实际生产提供了科学依据.
