带式输送机运送物质系统软启动特性研究

     

摘要

The feedback control axial friction coupling is the soft starting device of belt conveyor transport matter system.Its friction pair material,centrifugal block mass and geometry size have a decisive influence on the soft start of belt conveyor transport matter system.In order to further study the impact of these factors,the dynamic model close to the actual working condition was built using the flexible modeling method.The simulated model of the system was established with MATLAB simulation software to simulate to the process of soft start.Friction pair material,centrifugal block quality and geometry size which have effects on the soft start characteristic were simulated in detail.The results show that choosing friction pair material of relatively large friction coefficient can reduce the soft start time of the system;Reducing the mass of the centrifugal blocks can extend the system for soft start time;Reducing friction radius can also extend the system for the soft start time.Therefore,the soft start characteristic can be improved by these factors.%反馈控制轴向摩擦偶合器是带式输送机运送物质系统的软起动装置,其摩擦副材料、离心块质量和几何尺寸对系统的软启动特性具有决定性的影响,为了深入研究这些因素产生的影响,采用柔性建模的方法,建立了接近实际工况的带式输送机运送物质系统的动力学模型.利用MATLAB仿真软件建立了系统的仿真模型,对软启动过程进行仿真,依次详细仿真分析了摩擦副材料、离心块质量和几何尺寸对系统软启动特性的影响.结果表明,选用摩擦系数相对较大的摩擦副材料可以使系统的软启动时间缩短;减小离心块的质量可以使系统软启动时间延长;减小摩擦半径也能够使系统的软启动时间延长.因此,可以通过控制上述影响因素来改善系统软启动特性,提高系统软启动的平稳性.
