互联网中大型医院患者隐私信息保护仿真研究

摘要

对互联网中大型医院患者的隐私信息进行保护,能够有效提高患者隐私信息的安全性.对患者隐私信息进行保护,需要给出保护公式获得密文,译出明文信息,完成对患者隐私信息的保护.传统方法首先将隐私信息按不同敏感级别分割,采用多种技术保护,但忽略了译出明文信息,导致保护效果不理想.提出复合公钥的保护方法.计算匿名化患者隐私信息损失量,保证隐私信息加解密的机密性和完整性,给出保护公式得到密文,译出明文信息.仿真结果表明,所提方法能够有效保证互联网大型医院患者隐私信息的机密性和完整性.%This paper proposes a protection method for composite public key.The loss quantity of privacy information of anonymization patient is calculated and confidentiality and integrity of encryption and decryption of the privacy information are ensured,then protection formula is provided and cipher text is obtained.Thus,the plain text is decoded.Simulation results show that the method can ensure confidentiality and integrity of patients' privacy information of large-scale hospital.
