关于电机断条故障信号检测仿真研究

         

摘要

研究电机断条故障信号检测,有利于设备的安全高效运行.为了准确检测电机断条故障,提出了一种基于改进布谷鸟优化搜索路径方法和差量分析的故障检测算法.改进布谷鸟算法克服了转子断条故障易发生误判且检测效率低下的问题.差量分析能够消除基波分量等对故障谐波的干扰,简化频谱分析.结合两者的优点,将健康信号与故障信号相位差最小准则作为改进布谷鸟搜索算法的约束条件,估算出基波参数及相应表达式并将其进行消除.模拟和实测数据的处理结果表明,所提方法有助于断条故障的准确检测.与传统分析检测方法相比,断条故障检测识别性能得到提高.%This paper studies the fault diagnosis of broken rotor bar,which is conductive to the safe and efficient operation of the motor equipment.In order to accurately detect the fault of broken rotor bar,a fault detection algorithm based on improved cuckoo optimized search path method and differential analysis is proposed.The improved cuckoo algorithm overcomes the problems that the rotor fault is prone to misjudgment and the detection efficiency is very low.The difference analysis can eliminate the interference of the fundamental component to the fault harmonics and simplify the spectrum analysis.Combining the advantages of the two methods,the minimum criterion of the phase difference between the health signal and the fault signal was taken as the constraint condition of the improved cuckoo search algorithm,and the fundamental parameters and corresponding expre~ions were estimated and eliminated.The results of the simulation and the measured data show that the proposed method can help to detect the fault.Compared with the traditional analysis and detection methods,the detection performance d broken bar fault is improved.
