亮度增强在连接器尺寸检测中的应用

         

摘要

Machine vision is widely used in automatic connectors production.However,the traditional detecting method of terminal dimension of connectors is susceptible to changes in surface product roughness,which can lead to the detection failure.It can solve this problem by using an improved image processing method.First,ROI was used to select and calculate the average image brightness.Second,combined filters was used to remove disturbs.Third,the average brightness was used to process brightness enhancement.Then the dimension inspection was processed.The simulation results show that the method can stably enhance the image and improve the dimension inspection effect afterward.%机器视觉在连接器的自动化生产中有广泛的应用.但是传统的机器视觉检测连接器端子尺寸的方法容易受到原材料表面粗糙度变化的影响,具有检测成功率不高的特点.为解决以上问题,使用一种改进的图像预处理算法,先对图像进行ROI亮度采样,然后进行组合式滤波,再根据获得的亮度值对图像进行亮度增强,消除了由于塑胶表面粗糙度不稳定导致的图像亮度变化,再进行自动化检测的方法.仿真结果表明,上述方法能稳定地对连接器的图像进行自动亮度增强处理,明显改善了后续的尺寸检测的效果.
