电子医疗射频消融设备电磁干扰检测仿真

         

摘要

A detection method based on principal component analysis is put torward,which collects historical data of electronic medical equipment radio frequency ablation equipment under normal working condition.The variance contribution of principal component matrix of equipment and principal component of equipment is calculated to divide measurement data matrix into two parts,which removes the redundant data and obtains most of characteristic information of electromagnetic interference in equipment.Then,characteristic matrix and optimal feature vector of electromagnetic interference fault data are calculated and distance statistics of fault data are set up.Thus,the control limit of electromagnetic interference detection can be determined.Simulation results show that the proposed method can accurately separate the fault data and the normal data.Thus,the accurate detection of the electromagnetic interference fault can be realized.%对电子医疗射频消融设备的电磁干扰的检测,能够有效提高电子医疗诊断结果质量.对医疗射频消融设备电磁干扰的检测,需要构建设备故障数据距离统计量,确定设备电磁干扰检测控制限,完成消融设备的电磁干扰.传统方法提取消融信息特征,输入神经网络分类器进行电磁干扰检测,但忽略了电磁干扰检测控制限的确定,导致检测精度偏低.提出基于主元分析的检测方法,收集电子医疗射频消融设备正常工况下的历史数据;计算设备主元矩阵和设备主元成分的方差贡献率,将测量数据矩阵分解成两部分,能够去除其中的冗余数据,得到了设备电磁干扰故障的大部分特征信息;计算设备电磁干扰故障数据的特征矩阵和最优特征矢量;构建设备故障数据距离统计量,确定设备电磁干扰检测控制限.实验结果证明,所提方法能够将设备故障数据和正常数据进行准确分离,实现了设备电磁干扰故障的准确检测.
