内河客船应急疏散客舱人员路径优化设计仿真

         

摘要

This article proposes a scheduling model for emergency evacuation of personnel in passenger ship based on collective dynamics.Firstly,the flow process of emergency evacuation intensive passenger of passenger ship in inland water is analyzed.The quantitative model of passenger evacuation time changing with evacuation channel width is built.Then,the passenger evacuation time in different width of evacuation channel is estimated.The evacuation route model of passenger cabin of passenger ship in inland water is built.Moreover,from the point of view of evacuation cost,the research integrates the demand of passenger on evacuation nodes and paths into evacuation path model.Thus,the route situation of passenger at door is effectively solved.Finally,simulation result shows that the proposed model can effectively improve the speed and efficiency of scheduling.%对客船应急情况下人员疏散路径的优化设计,能够有效提高客舱公共场所的安全保障能力.对内河客船客舱人员疏散路径的设计.需要估算不同疏散通道宽度下的船客疏散时间,将疏散节点和路径需求整合在疏散路径设计模型中.传统方法以总人员疏散时间最短为目标,对客舱进行疏散通道选择,但忽略了估算不同疏散通道宽度下疏散时间,导致疏散路径设计效果不理想.提出群集动力学的客船应急疏散人员调度模型.首先分析内河客船应急疏散密集乘客流动过程,组建乘客疏散完成时间随疏散通道宽度变化的定量模型,估算出不同疏散通道宽度下的船客疏散时间,组建内河客船应急客舱人员疏散路径模型,从疏散成本的角度将客舱人员疏散节点和路径上的需求整合在疏散路径模型中,有效地处理客舱近门人员路径情况.实验结果表明,所提模型能够有效提高调度的速度和效率,人员疏散效果较优.
