对多媒体设备维修资源调度的管理,能够大大缩短待维修多媒体设备的等待时间.对设备维修资源的调度,需要将设备维修任务作为牵引,选取维修资源需求点进行最优计算,完成对多媒体设备维修资源调度.传统方法建立基于组合调度策略的设备维修资源调度模型,但没有对资源的需求点进行最优计算,导致维修资源的调度效果不理想.提出信息化环境下基于多目标加权的调度模型,根据四项准则,确定多媒体设备维修的优先级和五个维修任务指标;将多个设备维修资源调度机构的维修资源等待时间最小的多目标进行加权的单目标转换;以多媒体设备维修任务为牵引,选取若干个维修资源需求点对调度方案进行最优化计算.实验结果表明,所提模型的维修总时间最短、各个维修资源供应点利用率最高、且各个供应点之间的工作平衡度最高,实现了在最短时间内完成多媒体设备维修保障任务.%A scheduling model based on multi-objective weight in information environment was put forward.According to the four criteria,the priority level of multimedia equipment maintenance and five maintenance task indexes are determined.Single target conversion is carried out for multiple target of multiple equipment maintenance resource scheduling mechanism with minimum waiting time of maintenance resources.Taking maintenance tasks of multimedia equipment as traction,some demand points of maintenance resources are selected for optimal calculation of scheduling scheme.Experimental results show that the proposed model has shortest maintenance time and the highest utilization rate of maintenance resource supply point,which has the highest balance degree between various supply points.Thus,the maintenance task of multimedia equipment is completed in the shortest time.
