城市土地功能合理性规划评估仿真

摘要

This article proposes a function rationality evaluation method for planning of urban land under cloud platform based on degree of space matching.Firstly,the measurement model of the degree of space matching facing implementation process is built,and the land function planning from three dimensions of earth mapping spot,functional domain and region is implemented,then corresponding grading standard of the degree of space matching is formulated,and ecological evaluation for overall planning of the land function is carried out.Moreover,the evaluation index system of the function planning is built.Finally,the rationality evaluation for the land function planning is carried out.Simulation results show that the method has high evaluation precision.It provides theoretical basis for evaluation of function planning of urban land.%对城市土地功能合理性规划评估,能够进一步强化城市土地功能总体规划的管控力.对土地功能规划,需要制定规划空间吻合度分级标准,对土地功能总体规划进行生态评估,完成土地功能合理性规划的评估.传统方法选取影响土地质量的多个指标,建立城市地理因素指数等多方面的指标体系,但忽略了对其进行生态评估,导致评估精度偏低.提出基于空间吻合度的云平台下城市土地功能规划合理性评估方法.首先从城市土地地类图斑、功能区以及区域三个维度分别组建面向土地功能规划执行过程和规划执行结果的空间吻合度度量模型,制定相应的土地功能规划空间吻合度分级标准,对城市土地功能总体规划进行生态评估,建立了城市土地功能规划评估指标体系,对土地功能规划后的结果进行合理性评估.实验结果表明,所提方法评估精度较高,可为城市土地功能规划过程性评估提供理论依据.
