对内河客船人员遇险应急疏散路径选择问题的研究,能够在客船遇险时有效减少人员伤亡率.对应急疏散路径的选择,需要计算应急疏散路径的信息素浓度,获取应急疏散路径的启发式信息,完成疏散路径的选择.传统方法得到应急疏散河段情景,并将其蕴藏在具有随机性的多属性向量中,但忽略了获取应急疏散路径的启发式信息,导致路径选择精度较低.提出新的内河客船人员遇险应急疏散路径选择方法,首先建立内河客船人员遇险应急疏散路径问题模型;然后利用蚁群算法计算应急疏散路径的信息素浓度和应急疏散路径的启发式信息,进行全局更新;最后以更新规则实现内河客船人员遇险应急疏散路径选择.实验仿真证明,利用该方法能够选取出最佳应急疏散路径,以最短的时间将遇险人员疏散到安全目的的.%A new path choice method of emergency evacuation passengers in distress in inland ships is proposed.Firstly,emergency evacuation path model of passengers inland ships in distress is built.Then ant colony algorithm is used to calculate pheromone concentration of emergency evacuation path and heuristic information of emergency evacuation path.Moreover,global update is carried out.Finally,rules are updated to realize the path choice of emergency evacuation of the passengers inland ships in distress.Simulation results show that the above method can select optimal emergency evacuation path.It can evacuate personnel in distress to safety destination in the shortest time.
