In order to study the influence of forming parameters on the temperature field of Continuous Injection Direct Rolling (CIDR) process,we used Fluent software to simulate the temperature field of CIDR.Simulation analysis results show that:both high elastic state temperature transition point (line) and glass transition temperature point (line) move toward the exit,and the gradient of central temperature is increased with the injection pressure,roller speed increase,injection temperature and roller temperature increase;optimum forming conditions are obtained,which are good guides to the CIDR process experiments.%为研究成型工艺参数对聚合物连注连轧成型温度场的影响,应用Fluent软件对连注连轧温度场进行仿真分析.仿真分析结果表明,随着注射压力升高、轧辊转速的增加、注射温度的升高、轧辊冷却温度的升高,高弹态转变点(线)、玻璃态转变点(线)均向出口附近移动,而注轧区中心温度及其表面温度沿出口方向梯度增大;得到了最佳成型工艺参数组合,可以为连注连轧成型实验工艺参数的设置提供参考.
