竖直运动高温带钢冷却特性研究

         

摘要

By taking the hot moving vertical strip steel as the object of research,we established the models of three cooling schemes.Based on Fluent software,the velocity distribution of fluid and the temperature distribution of the strip steel were calculated and analyzed.The results show that compared with the other two kinds of cooling methods,the spray cooling model has the biggest fluid velocity and the fastest temperature decline when the inlet pressures are the same,in addition,it also has a smaller temperature uniformity.Along with the increase of the vertical movement speed of the strip in the spray cooling model,the cooling rate of the strip is gradually reduced.The spray cooling model is able to meet the cooling requirements of hot moving vertical strip steel,which can provide a guidance and basis for cooling process optimization of high heat flux components.%针对竖直运动高温带钢的冷却,建立了带钢在三种不同冷却方式下的射流冷却模型,利用Fluent软件,仿真并分析了流体速度的分布规律以及带钢温度的变化情况.结果表明,在进口压力相同时,气雾冷却模型中流体速度最大,带钢温度下降速度最快,温度的不均匀性较小,冷却速率随着带钢竖直运动速度的增大而逐渐减小.气雾冷却满足竖直运动高温带钢的冷却要求,可以进一步对高热流密度元件的冷却工艺优化提供指导和依据.
