基于DEA的信息系统维修资源优化配置研究

摘要

The paper introduces the application advantages of data envelopment analysis, and assesses the maintenance resource allocation scheme by using the C2R model and C2GS2 model. The scale merit and technical efficiency of the various options can be effectively evaluated by calculation from MATLAB software, and their factors of impact of non-DEA efficient are analyzed and found. And finally the evaluation elements of the various options are optimized by projecting model. On this way, the optimization maintenance resource becomes reasonable, and the efficiency of maintenance resources could be improved.%介绍了通过投影调整模型对数据包络分析法的应用优势，利用数据包络分析法中的C2R模型和C2GS2模型对维修资源配置方案进行评估。通过MATLAB软件计算可以有效评价各个方案的规模效益和技术有效性，分析并查找各个方案的非DEA有效的影响因素，最后各方案的评价要素进行优化，从而使方案优化合理，提高维修资源的配置效益。
