电信IPTV预处理系统业务平台接口设计与实现

摘要

In order to deal with telecom background processing ability front to customer service, to achieve IPTV business complaints pretreatment, increase complaints response and processing speed, comprehensively enhance the customer service quality and customer satisfaction, on the actual needs of the user, the IPTV service platform and IPTV pretreatment system interface is designed and implemented which is based on . NET platform, its main features include real-time data, bulk data and operation commands of interaction and analysis. This article describes the related requirements, design, and implementation method of the main technical characteristics.%为了将电信运营商的后台处理能力前置到客服前台,实现IPTV业务投诉的预处理,提高投诉响应与处理的速度,全面提升客户服务质量和用户满意度,本文在用户实际需求的基础上,设计与实现一个基于.NET平台的IPTV预处理系统与IPTV业务平台的接口,其主要功能包括实时数据、批量数据和操作命令的交互与解析.并介绍其相关需求、设计方案、主要技术特点及其实现方法.
