This paper advances a general technical architecture based on a syncretic form of multiplicate technologies to the ques-tion of mobile oil pipeline, designs a management system of full process inspection based on MIS,,CIS and panorama.%针对移动式输油管线特点,提出一种基于多技术融合的总体技术框架,设计一种基于MIS、GIS、实景的移动式管线全程可视化管理系统.
