Based on advantages of RS-485 bus, such as simple design, convenient control and meet the requirements of industrial measurement and control systems with high precision and low cost, the data collection and control system for intelligent instrument is designed. The hardware and software design of the intelligent distributed instrument measurement and control system is presented. The testing result shows that it can effectively collect data from different instrument nodes.%根据RS-485总线硬件设计简单、控制方便,满足高精度和低成本的工业测控系统要求的优点,采用RS-485总线作为数据传输的通信方式,设计智能分布式仪表测控系统,给出系统的硬件和软件设计.测试结果表明该系统能够实现对多节点仪表的数据采集以及对各个终端节点的有效控制.
