The paper introduces the importance of ActiveX technology which is used in RFID system , then researches the design method of ActiveX controls in detail .The preparation of ActiveX controls in C#, and some key technologies related control to write, release, call in Web are introduced also .%介绍ActiveX技术在构建RFID系统中的重要作用，对ActiveX控件的设计方法进行详细研究，主要介绍用C＃编制ActiveX控件时，有关控件的编写和发布以及在Web中调用的关健技术。
