空间植物培养装置控制系统设计

摘要

We developed a control system of the space plant culture device .According to the plants in different growth stages , the parameters of space culture devices can be adjusted automatically by PC software .The semiconductor heating element is used to control plant cultivation temperature , humidity carbon dioxide , and ethene in plant growth chamber , and adequate water and nu-trients are provided , appropriate light intensity and duration are offered , image information can be acquired .System test shows that the control system has good performance , the control precision meets the requirements of plants .Parameters fluctuation of temperature, humidity, ethylene and CO2 is within the range of plant growth needs .%研制一套空间植物培养装置控制系统，能根据植物在不同的生长阶段，通过上位机软件设置，自动实现对空间培养装置内的参数进行调节。使用半导体加热片控制植物培养装置箱体内温度、相对湿度，同时闭环控制CO2、乙烯，供给栽培基质合适的水量，提供合适的光照强度和光照时间，还可采集图像信息。系统运行测试表明，控制系统性能良好，控制精度能满足植物生长要求，温度、湿度、乙烯、CO2等参数波动均在植物生长需求范围之内。
