基于CAN总线的光伏设备智能监控系统的研究与设计

     

摘要

针对国内晶体硅太阳能电池生产厂设备自动化程度低、管理分散以及生产效率低下等问题,本文提出一种基于CAN总线的光伏设备智能监控系统,用于对大批光伏设备实行统一管理和实时监控,以实现整线光伏设备的统一管理和自动化运行,提高生产效率和降低生产成本.并分析介绍这一监控系统的特点、系统结构以及系统的设计和实现.%In view of the low degree of automation equipment, decentralized management and inefficiency in the domestic manufacturers producing crystalline silicon solar cells, this paper puts forward a intelligent monitoring system of photovoltaic equipment based on CAN. This system can be used to centralized management and real-time monitor the large batches of photovoltaic equipments , realizes the centralized management and automation of the entire line of photovoltaic equipment, and improves the efficiency of production and reduces the cost of production. This paper introduces the character, structure, design and realization of the system.
