基于中介真值程度度量的 ERP 软件选型评估方法

摘要

ERP selection is the key problem of the enterprises’ successful implementation of the ERP software.A comprehensive evaluation method for ERP software based on measure of medium truth degree is proposed.And this method emphasizes the hori-zontal contrast between the software to be evaluated, and then the underlying index score will be mapped to the axis so as to cal-culate the quality of the index with the distance ratio function, as well as implement ERP evaluation from qualitative description to quantitative calculation.Besides, the contrast experiment shows that this method is more simple and accurate.%ERP软件选型是企业成功实施ERP项目的关键问题。在中介真值程度度量方法的基础上，本文提出一种软件选型定量评估方法，该方法对候选ERP软件进行横向对比，将各层评价指标评分映射到数轴，利用加权距离比率函数计算相应指标相对于其它候选软件的优劣程度，实现ERP软件评估由定性描述到定量计算的转变，为企业ERP软件选型提供可靠性依据。与其它选型评估方法的对比实验表明，该方法具有较高的简便性与准确性。
