分布式电源监控信息管理系统设计

         

摘要

针对分布式电源(DG)随机性、波动性大,可调、可控性弱的特点,设计一套用于分布式电源监控的信息管理系统,实现状态监测、数据采集、故障报警、历史数据管理与趋势分析等功能.系统基于C/S架构,采用死区限值压缩、LZW字典压缩等数据压缩方法,建立关系数据库与实时数据库并存的数据库系统,对分布式电源的瞬时量信息(U/I/f/P/Q)、电能累积信息、事件信息(启停、越限等)进行数据采集、分析和存储,并能够以图形、语音等多种形式报警.%For the great randomness and weak controllability of distributed generation (DG),this paper designs a set of information management systems for distributed generation monitoring in order to realize the state monitoring,data acquisition,fault alarming,historic data management and trend analysis.The system is based on C/S architecture and uses the data compression methods such as dead zone compression and LZW lossless compression algorithms to build its own database system,which is composed of relational database and real time database.The system can acquire the current electricity information of DG (U/I/f/P/Q) and operation records (startup-stop,off-limits,etc),then analyze these information and store them to the database.The system can alarm with a variety of forms such as graphics,voice and cellphone.
