A design of embedded machine vision detection system base on TI's DM642 was proposed and implemented. System adopted a structure comprised of DSP and FPGA. It is combined with capture, processing, communication and control functions. With support of the real-time kernel DSP/BIOS, this system is competent for the duplicating and intelligent detection task after configuration. As the experience results indicated, it can complete the product detection continuously, stably and efficiently instead of PC based System.%计实现了一种基于TI公司DM642高性能DSP的嵌入式机器视觉测控系统;系统采用DSP主控结合FPGA协处理的架构,集图像采集、数据处理和通信控制功能于一体;在DSP/BIOS实时操作系统内核支持下,经组态配置后,系统可完成具有高度重复性和一定智能性的测控任务;有效解决了传统基于PC的机器视觉系统的诸多缺点;经验证,系统高效可靠,可在一些工业场合替代传统基于PC的机器视觉系统,对产品进行连续、稳定地测控.
