基于LIN总线的主从式自适应前照灯控制系统

     

摘要

自适应前照灯系统(Adaptive Front-Lighting System,AFS)是一种和行车安全息息相关的主动式安全系统;根据其功能要求,开发了一套自适应前照灯系统的硬件结构,使用基于LM2576的电源系统为整个系统供电模块,采用由AFS主控模块和电机驱动模块组成的主从式结构,其中AFS主控模块用于采集车辆信息,动力学模型计算和电机控制信号输出,电机驱动模块接收控制信号,并驱动电机运动,两者之间采用LIN总线作为通讯链路;实验表明,该系统能够实现“车灯随动”的功能,车灯偏转角的误差约为0.2°,满足自适应前照灯系统的控制要求;该系统的研制将为后续实车动力学控制模型研究和算法设计奠定基础.%AFS (Adaptive Front - Lighting System) is an active safety system closely linked with the driving. According to the function requirement, a AFS hardware developed with the LM2576 chip is used to supply power for whole system, and the master - slave mode is introduced which is consist of the AFS main control module and the motor - driving module, which is connected by LIN bus. The AFS main control module' s main function is vehicle information sampling, kinetic model calculation and motor control output, and the motor - driving module' s function is command receiving and motor driving. The experiment shows that the follow - up light is implemented in the proposed system, and the error is approximate 0. 2° which meet the requirement of AFS. The proposed AFS will lay a foundation for later control mode research and algorithm design.
