现场总线技术在2×1000MW发电厂中的研究与应用

     

摘要

FieldBus technology and the three key elements of FCS were briefly introduced. Through its successful application in the water treatment control system of Pingdingshan Power Plant 2× 1000MW, selection of FieldBus and the overall plan of switching value using ProfiBus - DP bus and analog quantity using FF - HI bus was fully analyzed. The FCS configuration, topological structure, segment classification and electric cable were studied. The advantages of FieldBus including saving investment, reduction of erection time and strengthening the capacity of pre-maintenance were concluded. The problems of design, construction, debuging were summarized.%简要介绍了现场总线技术及现场总线控制系统的3个关键要点;通过现场总线在平顶山电厂2×1000MW机组主厂房外水处理系统中的成功应用,详细介绍了其选取方法及所采用的开关量控制选用ProfiBus- DP总线,模拟量选用FF- H1总线的总体方案;并分析研究了FCS的配置、拓扑结构、网段划分、总线电缆选型等;通过工程实际应用情况分析了现场总线的优点:节省投资、缩短工期、加强了预维护能力等;总结了现场总线在设计、施工、调试过程中所遇到的问题.
