基于云理论的压制武器单元整体性能综合评估

     

摘要

According to the test characteristics of neutralizing weapon system, the system of evaluating index is put forward. By using the theory of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) for reference, the evaluating model based on cloud theory is established. The method synthesizes different types of expert' s opinion by using Delphi and Utility theory, and realizes the inter-conversion of qualitative to quantitative by using cloud theory. Finally, by analysis on the neutralizing weapon system, the method was proved to be scientific and intuitionistic,and to provide a new way to performance evaluation of weapon system.%结合压制武器性能试验的特点,建立了单元整体性能评估指标体系;在借鉴层次分析理论的基础上,建立了基于云理论的压制武器单元整体性能综合评价模型,通过德尔菲法及效用理论综合多个不同类型专家的意见,结合云理论实现定性与定量之间的相互转换;最后进行了实例分析,证明该方法的科学性和直观性,从而拓展了武器系统性能评估的思路.
