PID数字控制器多指标优化模拟设计方法研究

     

摘要

An analog design method of PID digital controllers based on multi-performance criteria optimization is built. The recovery a-bility of PID digital control to PID analog control and step responses of PID computer control systems are explored by SIMULINK, optimal combination values of PID parameters are selected by MATLAB. Based on multi-performance criteria optimization, a new analog design method for PID digital controllers is presented and established, which consists of the method to estimate PID initial values, the method to select optimal parameters of analog PID controllers and its m~file flow chart, the methed to transfer from parameters of a PID analog controller to parameters of a PID digital controller, the method to verify the validity of the design result by SIMULINK. The research conclusion shows that this method built in this paper can be used in the PID digital controller with 1 -5ms sampling period, and it can be used by self-help, also has no use for experiential data of PID or other design and tunning method. Four practical design examples are griven, and the its validity is validated.%建立PID数字控制器多指标统一优化模拟设计方法;用SIMULINK仿真研究数字PID控制对模拟PID控制的复现能力和PID计算机控制系统的阶跃响应,用MATLAB仿真筛选PID参数的优化组合值;提出并建立了一种新的PID数字控制器多指标优化模拟设计方法,包括:PID初值确定方法、模拟PID优化参数MATLAB筛选方案和软件流程图、模拟PID参数转换数字PID参数的方法、SIMULINK仿真验证设计结果的有效性的方法等;研究表明,该方法可用于1~5ms采样周期的PID数字控制器多指标优化模拟设计,且能独立使用、无需PID经验数据和其它设计/整定方法;提供了4个代表性的实例设计,验证了该方法的有效性.
