面向物流任务的跨组织边界物流资源优化配置

         

摘要

To solve the low allocation efficiency of logistics resource in logistics task, combining with the characteristics of logistics grid resource optimized allocation such as multi-objectives, multi-constraints, dynamic environment, a optimized allocation strategy of inter-organizational boundaries' logistics resource oriented to logistics task was proposed. Based on the information sharing platform of logistics resource, the logistics resource optimized allocation process was designed by this strategy. Oriented to optimized allocation scheme in the process, an optimal allocation model of inter-organizational boundaries' logistics resource was established, with which targeted the time, cost, quality and service. Meanwhile, the genetic algorithm for solving this model was also investigated. A case of commercial vehicle distribution was employed to verify the effectiveness and the validity of process, model and solving method.%针对物流任务执行过程中物流资源配置效率低的问题,结合物流资源优化配置过程多目标、多约束、环境多变的特点,提出面向物流任务的跨组织边界物流资源优化配置策略。该策略设计了以物流资源信息共享平台为基础的跨组织边界物流资源优化配置流程,并重点针对配置流程中物流资源优化配置方案的确定,建立以时间、成本、质量和服务为目标的跨组织边界物流资源优化配置模型,并给出基于遗传算法的求解过程。以一个商品车配送任务的实例验证了该流程、优化配置模型及求解方法的有效性与实用性。
